A new proposal from Tuscia in Fabula: a series of food and wine tours designed to introduce you to selected local companies, with a strong focus on organic farming and located in unique places in our territory.
Come and discover the wonderful Tuscia and its authentic flavours: chestnuts, hazelnuts, legumes, wine, oil and beer!!!
The Tour
1st Day: Viterbo
Visit Viterbo and tasting of typical organic products.
Dinner in a typical organic restaurant and overnight stay in a hotel or farmhouse.
2nd Day: Lake Vico Nature Reserve
Morning dedicated to a nature excursion in the Lago di Vico Nature Reserve.
Lunch at a farmhouse with organic products.
In the afternoon, guided tour of Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola.
Free dinner, overnight stay in hotel or farmhouse.
3rd day: San Martino al Cimino
Morning dedicated to a guided tour of S. Martino al Cimino.
Lunch in a typical restaurant with organic products.
Visit to an oil mill and tasting.
Free dinner, overnight stay in hotel or farmhouse.
4th Day: Canepina
“Trekking urbano Demo-Etno-Antropologico” of Canepina: walk inside a historic chestnut grove and visit to the museum and popular traditions.
Organic lunch in a Slow Food farm restaurant.
End of our services.
